Fitness Classes


The SUP fitness challenge Come challenge your balance, your fitness routine and step it up a notch on the the water.  Kelli Carlson will lead you through yoga warm-up, followed by paddle relays on a SUP board by Ben Johnson and ending again with a yoga cool down and svasasana on the water.

Example Class Structure – 75 minutes

      • Beach warm up (Yoga stretch, burpees, kettle bell pulls)  & launch
      • 200 meter sprints, 8 Sun A’s with extended 20 second high plank holds
      • 200 meter sprints, 4 Sun A’s with extended 10 second high plank holds
      • 200 meter sprints, 2 Sun A’s with extended 5 second high plank holds
      • Team paddle relay & SUP challenge on the water
      • Cool down on water

All lessons, classes and rentals are subject to the approval of Mother Nature. If a rental or class is called off due to weather you will be given a credit for a future class or rental. This credit is good all season long.
